Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase / reference number required

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, baby clothing and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at gokulcreatiion@gmail.com with your reference number, photos of the product, and the reason for return within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your preferred mode.
