Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel

Email us at gokulcreatiion@gmail.com with your reference number and cancellation request as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to your location. You will be informed at the earliest in such cases.

Refused Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal to accept delivery may lead to restrictions on future orders.
